Tips on Renting a Private Estate and Estate Pick of the Week

Recently, we added some wonderful new estate rentals to the estate section of our web site.  We have access to over 4,000 properties for weddings and special events.

Estates - Gianna and Company

Our selection ranges from chic to rustic to glamorous. What makes our private estates special is that we offer a large selection, so there is something for everyone.

How to Rent an Estate:
1. Estimate your guest count.
2. Determine your city preferences.
3. How late do you want the event to go until?
4. Will your event professionals need a setup and strike day?
5. Will there be music outside?
6. Venue rental budget - what is the low to high price range?

Once we have these guidelines, our office will begin a search, then make recommendations for your review and consideration.

If you book a property, we are there from the setup through the end of the strike. We video each property before and after an event, plus we use professional site reps and off duty officers at all of our events.

We require a certificate of insurance for all events in addition to a refundable security deposit for everyone's protection.
